The vision for iCare Dialysis Center was born from insightful conversations between Teresa and Chantel during car rides, specifically as they attended survival and free diving swimming lessons. Their discussions often revolved around Chantel's experiences as a Nurse Manager in renal care, highlighting both the successes and challenges within patient care and the professional environment for healthcare workers.



A SHARED VISION TAKES HOLD



These candid conversations caught the ear of Emmanuel, affectionately known as Mentor Emman. With his keen business sense and knowledge that well-managed dialysis centers could achieve significant success, he recognized the immense potential. This powerful combination of personal healthcare insights from Teresa and Chantel, merged with Emman's entrepreneurial understanding, ignited a shared vision. The trio then decided to establish their own center, committed to addressing the identified gaps in patient care and fostering a better workplace for employees.

EMMANUEL CHENG



CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD



A Chemical Engineer graduate from the University of Santo Tomas and the son of a businessman. Emmanuel is a distinguished USANA Brand Partner, having achieved 2-star Diamond Director (2009) and Star Mentor Awardee status (2024).


He's known for his genuine care for people, his dedication to helping others achieve financial independence, and his dependable, straightforward, and solution-oriented approach.



TERESA DIMATERA



CORPORATE TREASURER



A professional nurse with a profound passion for coaching, mentoring, and team facilitation, Teresa has been a USANA Brand Partner since 2011 and an Executive Gold Director since 2015.


She has also served as a life coach and business mentor since 2012, and brings extensive healthcare management experience from her roles as Total Quality Management Manager, Marketing, and Training Officer at St. Paul Hospital Cavite since 2020.

CHANTEL DAGUMAN



CORPORATE SECRETARY



An invaluable asset, Chantel spent eight years as a Staff Development Coordinator and Nursing Supervisor at St. Paul Hospital Cavite. Her rapid career progression saw her rise to Nurse Manager just one year after joining as a staff nurse in a very reputable company.


Chantel is highly skilled in coaching nurses and boosting their confidence, and is widely respected for her integrity and trustworthiness.
